Why coconut soy wax?

Coconut soy wax is a clean burning wax that is creamy white and smooth in texture, making it our top choice for luxury scent candles. It also burns cooler, which helps the candle last longer and has an excellent scent throw.

Where are your candles made?

All candles are hand-poured in our studio in Louisiana.

How do I properly burn your candles? 

For full burning instructions, visit the candle care page. 

  • Always trim the wick to ¼” before every burn to help prevent excess smoke, soot, or a faster burn.
  • When burning the candle for the first time, please allow it to burn until you have a full melt pool on the surface.
  • Never burn for more than four hours at a time.
  • Always place burning candle on a level, fire resistant surface.

WARNING:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Shipping & Returns

What's your return policy?

We hope you’ll love your Super Sunday candles, however, if you find that the scent you purchased isn‘t right for you, or if you have any issues with your order, please email us at customerservice@shopsupersunday.com so we can make it right. 

We will accept returns of unburned candles in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and tracking information to ensure that the return is received. 

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48hrs) with photo proof so we can file a claim with the appropriate courier and send out your replacement candle.

When will my order ship?

We know delivery days are your favorites. Orders are currently being processed 2-4 business days after they are placed. We will send out the tracking number as soon as it’s shipped so you can follow your package.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We are unable to change order once payment has been processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at customerservice@shopsupersunday.com and we will cancel it if it has not already been sent out.
